Hourly Team members are the €śbackbone€ť of all our restaurant operations. We pride ourselves in the care we take to develop in our Team Member's the ability to deliver "Tennessee Hospitality" done right.
Our philosophy is: we will not open or operate restaurants any faster than we can effectively recruit, train, develop, and maintain those Team Member's to correctly assemble and present our quality products to our guests.

Hourly Positions
Server
Delivers immediate, personalized, and caring service while making the guest feel special and welcome. Works as a member of the €śTeam€ť and knows our menu backwards and forwards. They provides delicious suggestions guiding our guests to the most pleasant dining experience on each and every visit.
Host
Our very own "Smiling People Greeters." These smiling faces are the first persons our guests encounter. Their job is to welcome and create a positive first impression while assisting all our other
"Team" Members in producing a "GREAT" experience for all our guests.
Bartender
Delivers immediate, personalized, and caring service while making the guest feel special and welcome. Works as a member of the
"Team" and knows both our drink and food menus backwards and forwards. They provide delicious suggestions guiding our guests to the most pleasant dining experience on each and every visit.
Expo
Directs the production and delivery of our always fresh, mouth-watering dishes at precisely the proper temperature and time to all guests. Ensures that all dishes are cooked properly, garnishes and checks plate presentation, and makes sure each dish is ready to serve.
Line Cook
Broils/grills/fries and sautés each order by following the quality standards we have become known for. Follows all sanitation and food handling procedures while preparing great tasting fresh dishes and gets all items on each order completed in a timely manner. Creates visually attractive dishes and delivers them hot to the window.
Prep Cook
Prepares and portions proteins/breads/fresh produce and other raw foods to meet the daily needs of the restaurant. Cooks all foods to make them appetizing and visually appealing while following standardized recipes.
Dish Machine Operator
Cleans and sanitizes all restaurant equipment and areas to a sparkling clean appearance for guests and Team Members. Performs as a vital member of the overall operations of every restaurant. They create and maintain a safe and sanitized atmosphere that complies with all local and state regulations.
